摘要
为提升高校防灾韧性水平,文章构建了高校校园韧性评价指标体系,运用全排列多边形图示法,对韧性水平进行综合评价;并以四川大学江安校区为例,提出校园韧性优化重点及建议。结果如下:文化教育和组织制度是高校校园韧性水平提升的重要内容;全排列多边形图示法计算其韧性水平为良好等级,与现状相符,可作为韧性评价的有效方法予以运用。
In order to improve the disaster resilience level of colleges and universities,this paper establishes the campus resilience evaluation index system and uses the entire-array-polygon(EAP)graphical representation and indicator method to evaluate and analyze the resilient campus level.This paper takes Jiang’an Campus of Sichuan University as a case study to evaluate its resilient campus level,and puts forward the key points of campus resilience optimization.The results show that:cultural education and organization governance are important contents of resilient campus;the resilient campus level of Jiang’an Campus of Sichuan University calculated by the EAP is of a good grade,which is consistent with the current campus situation;EAP is proved to be an objective method for campus resilience evaluation.
