老龄化背景下的城市老年人活动中心设计探索——以呼伦贝尔市老年人活动中心为例

Exploration on the Design of Urban Elderly Activity Center under the Background of an Aging Population:A Case Study of the Activity Center for Senior Citizens in Hulunbuir

近年来,呼伦贝尔老龄化人口不断增加,人口老龄化趋势明显,社会对高质量养老服务体系的质量提出了更高的期待。文章以呼伦贝尔市老年人活动中心为例,从老年人的社会属性和心理学出发,从规划设计、功能组成、立面设计及建筑空间等角度进行分析,探索城市区域性老龄化背景下的老年人活动中心建筑设计内容,以期为此类建筑的设计提供新的思路。

In recent years,the aging population of Hulunbuir is increasing,the aging trend of population is obvious.The society has put forward higher expectations for the quality of high-quality pension service system.Taking Hulunbuir Activity Center for the Elderly as an example,this paper explores the design of activity center for the elderly under the background of aging from the perspectives of planning and design,plane layout,facade design and architectural space based on the social attributes and psychology of the elderly,in order to provide new ideas for such buildings.
