成都来福士广场室内游憩空间使用后评价(POE)研究

Post-occupancy Evaluation(POE)Study of Indoor Recreational Space in Chengdu Raffles City

大型城市商业综合体室内游憩空间是弥补城市公共空间的重要组成部分,将直接影响到市民的购物体验与消费行为。文章以成都来福士广场为例,结合POE研究方法,对室内游憩空间中使用者的行为观察记录,及发放满意度问卷调查和访谈记录,后期利用SPSS数据分析软件进行客观分析。总结得出相应问题,并从空间的环境认知、空间营造及设施服务三个方面提出优化策略,期望对相似的大型集中式城市商业综合体设计提供参考。

The indoor recreational space of large-scale urban commercial complexes is an important part of making up the urban public space,which will directly affect the shopping experience and consumption behavior of citizens.In this paper,taking Chengdu Raffles City as an example,combined with POE research methods,the behavior observation records of users in indoor recreational spaces,and the distribution of satisfaction questionnaire surveys and interview records,are used for objective analysis later using SPSS data analysis software.Summarize the corresponding problems,and propose optimization strategies from the three aspects of space environmental awareness,space creation and facility services,hoping to provide reference for the design of similar centralized large-scale urban commercial complexes.
