乡村振兴视域下的传统村落活态更新研究——以杭州市新桐乡俞家村为例

Study on the Living Renewal of Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Taking Yujia Village,Xintong Township,Hangzhou as an Example

传统村落的更新与赋能,及传统民居的保护与再利用,是乡村振兴战略的重要内容之一。以杭州市新桐乡俞家村为例,基于俞家村的规划布局、空间特点、建筑风貌及历史文化等要素的分析,通过建筑设计理论及历史建筑改造与再利用的方法,探讨俞家村南北厅及礼堂的内部功能置换及节点提升对建筑的更新策略,并借此实践探索建筑的活态更新与历史文化、民族精神传承的契机,进一步促进乡村繁荣发展。

The renewal and empowerment of traditional villages and the protection and reuse of traditional houses are one of the important contents of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Taking Yujia Village,Xintong Township,Hangzhou as an example,based on the analysis of the planning layout,spatial characteristics,architectural style,historical culture and other elements of Yujia Village,and through the architectural design theory and the method of transformation and reuse of historical buildings,this paper discusses the renewal strategy of the internal function replacement and node upgrading of the North-South Hall and auditorium of Yujia Village,and take this opportunity to practice and explore the living renewal of architecture and the inheritance of history,culture and national spirit,so as to further promote the prosperity and development of rural areas.
