高校健康管理专业人才培养现状分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Current Situation of Personnel Training for Health Management Major in Colleges and Universities

研究通过问卷调查、半结构式访谈的方式,以贵州省高职健康管理专业毕业生为研究对象对高职健康管理专业人才需求及培养现状展开调查。在分析高职院校健康管理专业人才培养现状的基础上,从职业岗位能力需求的视角,对高职健康管理专业毕业生的知识技能、关键能力、综合素质需求进行分析。探讨贵州省高职院校健康管理专业人才培养的策略:结合行业发展实际需求优化课程设置、注重学生实践能力的培养、多元化专业实习和专业实训、因地制宜制定高职健康管理人才培养方案。

Through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,this study investigated the demand and training status of health management professionals in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province.Based on the analysis of the current situation of health management professional personnel training in higher vocational colleges,the knowledge skills,key abilities and comprehensive quality requirements of health management graduates in higher vocational colleges were analyzed from the perspective of vocational post ability requirements.To explore the training strategies of health management professionals in Guizhou higher vocational colleges:to optimize curriculum setting according to the actual needs of the industry development,to pay attention to the training of students’practical ability,to develop diversified professional practice and training,and to formulate training programs for health management talents in higher vocational colleges according to local conditions.
