摘要
通过三羟甲基氨基甲烷与BH_(3)·THF反应制得1,3,2-噁唑硼烷络合物,并以其作为氢源,以甲磺酸铜为催化剂,在温和反应条件下(60℃,24 h),实现了芳香醛的一锅法氢转移还原胺化,以45%~80%的产率得到20个二级胺类化合物,其结构经^(1)H NMR确证。
We have developed a copper catalyzed one pot transfer hydrogenation of oxazaborolidine complex and reductive amination of aromatic aldehydes.The reaction was processed under mild condition(60℃,24 h).Copper(II)methane sulfonate was used as a metal catalyst,1,3,2-oxazolborane complex was prepared in situ from tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane with BH_(3)·THF as the hydrogen source.Twenty amine derivatives were synthesized in moderate to good yields(45%~80%),its structure was confirmed by ^(1)H NMR.
