摘要 目的优选和解安神颗粒的提取最佳工艺,用正交试验法进行判定。方法以醇溶性浸出物、黄芩苷转移率和综合评分为考察指标,采用单因素与正交设计相关结合优化法,确定和解安神颗粒的提取最佳工艺。结果以黄芩苷转移率为指标,提取次数具有显著性,说明提取3次效果最佳。以醇提物量为指标,加水量具有显著性,煎煮次数具有极显著性,显示提取2次的效果最好。以综合评分为考察指标,提取次数反而未见显著性。结论和解安神颗粒的提取最佳工艺为:分别加入8、6倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.5h。 Objective The optimum processing technology of Reconciliation of Anshen granules is optimized,and judging by the method of orthogonal experiment.Methods Taking the alcohol-soluble extract,the transfer rate ofbaicalin and the comprehensive score as the investigation index,the optimum extraction process of Heanshen granules was determined by single factor and orthogonal design combined with optimization method.Result Taking the transfer rate of baicalin as an index,the extraction times were significant,indicating that the effect of extraction for 3 times was the best.Taking the amount of alcohol extract as the index,the amount of water added was significant,and the decocting times were very significant,which showed that the effect of twice extraction was the best.Taking the comprehensive score as the index,the extraction times were not conspicuous.Conclusion The optimum processing technology of Reconciliation of Anshen granules is adding 8 and 6 times the amount of water respectively,decocting twice for 1.5h each time.
