摘要
为探索人参种植对非林地土壤微生物群落结构变化,本文采用高通量测序技术,对比分析了未种植人参和种植人参的非林地土壤细菌和真菌群落结构。结果表明,种植人参使得土壤中真菌和细菌OTUs数目均有一定的减少。与对照组土壤相比,种植人参后非林地土壤中Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes、Actinobacteria等细菌和Roze11omycota、Chytridiomycota、Unc1assified等真菌的丰度明显减少,而Acidobacteria、Thaumarchaeota等细菌和Mortierellomycota等真菌的丰度显著增加。
In order to explore the effect of ginseng planting on the change of soil microbial community structure in non-forest land,the community structure of bacteria and fungi in non-forest land soil without ginseng planting and ginseng planting were compared and analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that planting ginseng reduced the number of fungi and bacteria OTUs in soil.The abundance of bacteria such as Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Actinobacteria,and fungi such as Rozelomycota,Chytridiomycota,Unclassified decreased significantly,while the abundance of bacteria such as Acidobacteria,Thaumarchaeota,and fungi such as Mortieromycota increased significantly after ginseng planting as compared with the control soil.
