五味子藤茎化学成分及保肝作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 五味子为木兰科五味子属植物,其成熟果实称北五味子,是东北道地药材。五味子藤茎资源较为丰富,因无本草著作记载其药用价值,一直作为“非药用部位”而废弃。近年来,国内外学者研究发现,五味子藤茎含有木脂素、挥发油、萜类、多糖及黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、抑菌、保护肝脏等多方面药理作用。本文以“五味子藤茎”、“化学成分”、“保肝”、“药理”等为关键词,在中国知网、万方数据库等平台组合查询2000~2021年发表的相关文献,归纳了五味子藤茎化学成分及其保肝作用的研究进展,并对其开发前景进行了展望,以期为五味子藤茎及其活性成分开发为具有保肝作用的新药提供参考。 Schisandra chinensis is a plant of Schisandra genus in Magnoliaceae.Its mature fruit is called Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Bail1.,which is a genuine medicinal material in Northeast China.Schisandra chinensis is rich in vine resources.Because there is no herbal works to record its medicinal value,it has been abandoned as a "non medicinal part".In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have found that the stem of Schisandra chinensis contains lignans,volatile oil,terpenes,polysaccharides and flavonoids,which have many pharmacological effects,such as anti-oxidation,bacteriostasis and liver protection.Taking "caulis Schisandra Chinensis", "chemical composition", "liver protection" and "pharmacology" as key words,this paper queries the relevant literature published from 2000 to 2021 on the platforms such as China knowledge network and Wanfang database,summarizes the research progress of chemical composition and liver protection of caulis Schisandra Chinensis,and looks forward to its development prospect,In order to provide reference for the development of caulis Schisandra Chinensis and its active components and new drugs with liver protective effect.
