梳型聚合物流变研究进展

摘要 由线性侧链接枝到线性主链上形成的梳型聚合物具有流动性好、平台模量G^(0)_(N)低等特点,应用极其广泛。其链结构与流变性能间的构效关系是梳型聚合物开发和应用的基础,但目前缺乏系统的总结。本文综述了梳型聚合物主链长度、侧链长度和支链数q等主要链结构参数对其熔体的零切黏度η^(0)、动态模量主曲线和G^(0)_(N)等重要流变性能的影响规律,介绍了傅里叶变换流变等新方法的应用;对比总结了不同流变表征方法的优缺点,并对梳型聚合物未来发展方向进行了展望。利用流变学方法有望实现对梳型聚合物链结构的量化分析、指导其设计与加工。 The comb-shaped polymer formed by grafting linear side chains to the linear backbone chain is characteristic of good fluidity and low platform modulus G^(0)_(N) and has been widely used. The structure-activity relationship between its chain structure and rheological properties is the basis for the development and application of comb polymers, but is not summarized systematically. The article reviewed the influence of main chain structure parameters of comb polymer such as backbone chain length, side-chain length and branch number q on rheological properties including zero-shear viscosity η^(0), dynamic modulus master curve, G^(0)_(N), etc., and introduced the application of new characterization methods such as Fourier-transform rheology. The advantages and disadvantages of different rheological methods were compared and summarized, and the future development was prospected. The rheological method is expected to realize the quantitative analysis of the comb-shaped polymer chain structure and guide its design and processing in the future.
