金山店铁矿西采区提高矿石回收率的方法

摘要 金山店铁矿西采场矿体为急倾斜中厚矿体,设计采用无底柱分段崩落法。为解决采矿过程中矿石回收率偏低的问题,开展了现场调研和数据分析,总结出大块率高及出矿作业两帮的矿石流动性差是造成矿石回收率降低的关键因素。通过分析矿岩的物理性质、采准工程的施工质量、爆破参数,找出采场大块率高的原因并提出改进措施;同时根据椭球体放矿理论,对炮孔设计进行优化,以增大两帮矿石流动性和爆能的均衡性。在实际应用中,实现了矿石回收率提高的目的,对同类矿山具有较好的借鉴作用和参考价值。 The ore body in the West stope of Jinshandian Iron Mine is a steeply inclined medium thick ore body,and the sublevel caving method without bottom pillar is designed. In order to solve the problem of low ore recovery rate in the mining process,field investigation and data analysis are carried out. It is concluded that the key factors causing the reduction of ore recovery rate are high boulder yield and poor ore fluidity in the two sides of ore drawing operation. By analyzing the physical properties of ore and rock,the construction quality of mining preparation engineering and blasting parameters,the causes of high lump rate in stope are found out and improvement measures are put forward. At the same time,according to the ellipsoid drawing theory,the blast hole design is optimized to increase the fluidity of two sides of ore and the balance of blasting energy. In practical application,the purpose of improving the ore recovery rate is realized,which has a good reference function and reference value for similar mines.
