司家营铁矿属于大型“鞍山式”沉积变质型铁矿床,矿区内地质构造较复杂,矿体分支复合现象普遍存在,整体分布较分散,矿石回收难度大。通过分析回收率影响因素,采取加强制度建设,建立“大配矿”理念,及时修正矿体界线,加强现场巡视,合理安排铲装设备,对品位低、夹岩多的矿石进行二次回收等一系列管控措施,进一步优化供配矿生产组织工序,使矿石回收率逐年增加,经济效益显著提升。

Sijiaying Iron Mine is a large-scale "Anshan type" sedimentary metamorphic iron deposit.The geological structure in the mining area is complex, the phenomenon of ore body branching and recombination is common, the overall distribution is scattered, and the ore recovery is difficult. By analyzing the influencing factors of the recovery rate, a series of control measures such as strengthening the system construction, establishing the concept of "large ore blending", timely correcting the ore body boundary,strengthening the on-site inspection, reasonably arranging the shovel loading equipment, and carrying out secondary recovery of low-grade and rock mixed ores are taken,the production organization process of ore supply and blending are further optimized, so as to increase the ore recovery rate year by year and significantly improve the economic benefits.
