摘要
为改善国内某大型铁矿山胶带运输机安全作业及检修空间狭窄等问题,通过实例考察,对传统胶带运输机驱动与新型三相永磁同步电动滚筒驱动进行了技术经济对比,同时将同一条胶带运输机的2种驱动装置进行了平面布置比较,确定选用永磁滚筒代替传统胶带输送机的传动系统。改造后增加了安全作业及检修空间,既解决了胶带运输机及附属车间空间布置狭窄的问题,又解决了传统复杂传动系统带来的过载能力差、设备故障率高、占地大、现场环境差等一系列问题,同时降低了设备投资及运行成本,实现了设备的智能化控制。
In order to improve the safety operation and narrow maintenance space of a large-scale iron mine belt conveyor in China,the technical and economic comparison between the traditional belt conveyor drive and the new three-phase permanent magnet synchronous electric drum drive was carried out through examples investigation. At the same time,the two driving devices of the same belt conveyor were compared in plane layout,and the permanent magnet roller was selected to replace the transmission system of the traditional belt conveyor. After the transformation,the safe operation and maintenance space are increased,which not only solves the problem of narrow space layout of belt conveyors and ancillary workshops,but also solves a series of problems caused by the traditional complex transmission system,such as poor overload capacity,high equipment failure rate,large land occupation and poor field environment. At the same time,the equipment investment and operation cost are reduced,and the intelligent control of equipment is realized.
