摘要
为了提高细筛设备的筛分效率,云南科力环保股份公司针对普通筛分设备筛网使用寿命短、筛孔易堵塞的问题,进行了筛分动力—活塞式脉冲研究,研发了一种新型细筛液下筛。液下筛工作时脉冲使料浆产生高频和低幅横向振动,迫使小于筛孔尺寸的固体颗粒快速穿过筛孔,颗粒与筛面间没有相对运动,颗粒不会堵塞筛孔且筛分效率高。试验证明:液下筛的逆向给料方式和脉冲系统解决了常规细筛设备易堵塞、筛网寿命短的缺陷,可根据不同料浆调整运行参数,从而保证高筛分效率、大处理量,且指标稳定可靠,有利于厂矿工艺的简化及优化,应用前景广阔。
In In order to improve the screening efficiency of the fine screen equipment, in view of the short service life of the screen of the common screening equipment and the easy blockage of the screen holes, the screening power-piston pulse research was carried out, and a new type of fine screen submerged screen was developed. When the submerged screen is working, the pulse makes the slurry produce high frequency and low amplitude lateral vibration, forcing the solid particles smaller than the screen size to pass through the screen holes quickly, there is no relative movement between the particles and the screen surface, the particles will not be stuck in the screen holes and the screening is high efficiency. The test proves that the reverse feeding method and pulse system of the submerged screen solve the defects of easy blockage and short service life of the conventional fine screen equipment, and the operating parameters can be adjusted according to different slurries, so as to ensure high screening efficiency and large processing capacity. And the index is stable and reliable, which is conducive to the simplification and optimization of the factory and mine process, and has broad application prospects.
