咸宁市矿产资源开发环境承载力研究

摘要 咸宁市绿色矿山建设、区域矿产资源开发与保护都需要对区域内矿产资源开发环境承载力进行研究。运用层次分析法建立咸宁市矿产资源开发环境承载力评价体系,在评价体系中为不同评价因子取特征值并进行权重计算,利用层次分析法基本计算公式得出不同开发时期咸宁市矿产资源开发环境承载力综合指数;通过分析综合指数,判断出不同时期矿产资源开发环境承载力;同时,对不同权重的评价因子进行排序,找出了最脆弱、最敏感的因子。2020年、2025年和2035年按照咸宁市矿业开发现状规模对应环境承载力综合指数分别为66.45、70.07、73.10,初步判断咸宁市矿产资源开发在2020年、2025年和2035年对环境承载力的改变在可以接受范围内。不同时期矿产资源开发环境承载力和敏感因子现状分析结果可以作为咸宁市绿色矿山建设、矿山环境保护和矿产资源规划环境影响评价基础依据。 The construction of green mines and the development and protection of regional mineral resources in Xianning need to study the environmental carrying capacity of regional mineral resources development. The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation system of the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources development in Xianning City. In the evaluation system,the characteristic values of different evaluation factors are taken and the weight is calculated. The comprehensive index of the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources development in Xianning City in different development periods is obtained by using the basic calculation formula of analytic hierarchy process. By analyzing the comprehensive index,we can judge the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources development in different periods. At the same time,the evaluation factors with different weights are sorted,and the most vulnerable and sensitive factors are found. In 2020,2025 and 2035,according to the current scale of mining development in Xianning City,the corresponding comprehensive index of environmental carrying capacity is 66.45,70.07 and 73.10 respectively. It is preliminarily judged that the change of environmental carrying capacity caused by mineral resources development in Xianning City in 2020,2025 and 2035 is acceptable. The analysis results of environmental carrying capacity and sensitive factors of mineral resources development in different periods can be used as the basis for environmental impact assessment of green mine construction,mine environmental protection and mineral resources planning in Xianning City.
