氯化钙抑尘技术在司家营露天采场道路的研究与应用

Research and Application of Calcium Chloride Dust Suppression Technology on the Road of Sijiaying Open Pite

为解决司家营露天采场道路扬尘污染问题,改善职工作业现场环境质量,避免职业病发生,结合国内外对氯化钙抑尘的研究经验,对氯化钙水溶液抑尘技术进行了初步研究,在不同的天气条件下,使用不同质量的20%氯化钙水溶液对司家营露天矿山采场东帮永久靠界的道路进行喷洒,并观察道路现象和空气指标数据变化,对不同现象和数据研究分析,总结使用方法和实际经验,进一步提升氯化钙水溶液的道路抑尘效果,降低道路抑尘成本,改善司家营露天采场空气质量,对露天矿山道路抑尘具有重要参考意义。

In order to solve the problem of dust pollution on the roads of Sijiaying open pit, improve the environmental quality of workers’ operation site and avoid the occurrence of occupational diseases, combined with the research experience of calcium chloride dust suppression at home and abroad, a preliminary study on the dust suppression technology of calcium chloride aqueous solution is carried out. 20% calcium chloride aqueous solution of different mass is used to spray the road permanently adjacent to the east side of the stope of Sijiaying open pit mine, it also observes the changes of road phenomena and air index data,studies and analyzes different phenomena and data, summarizes the use methods and practical experience,further improves the road dust suppression effect of calcium chloride aqueous solution, reduces the road dust suppression cost, and improves the air quality of Sijiaying open pit, which has important reference significance for road dust suppression in open pit mines.
