大西沟矿业一段磨矿磁选尾矿提取机制砂技术研究及实践

摘要 为了深化尾矿资源综合利用,挖掘降本增效空间,不断提高综合效益,2018年大西沟矿业公司在借鉴建材石料生产经验的基础上,针对两段阶磨阶选尾矿进行了矿石性质、粒级筛析以及尾矿筑坝试验研究。研究结果表明:尾矿筛分脱泥后,+0.7 mm粗粒级尾矿的级配、模数等各项指标符合建筑用机制砂要求,细粒级尾矿筑坝符合上游式尾矿库要求。2019年工艺技改对一段磁选尾矿筛分分级提取机制砂,正常运行后年可创效300万元以上。尾矿提取机制砂既变废为宝增加了经济效益,又延长了尾矿库服务寿命,对同类矿山具有推广借鉴意义。 In order to deepen the comprehensive utilization of tailings resources,tap the space for cost reduction and efficiency increase,and continuously improve the comprehensive benefits,in 2018,Daxigou Mining Co.,Ltd.,on the basis of drawing on the production experience of building materials and stones,the ore properties,grain size screening and tailings dam construction tests were conducted for the two stage grinding stage separation tailings.The results show that after tailings screening and desliming,the gradation,modulus and other indicators of +0.7 mm coarse grained tailings meet the requirements of construction machinery sand,and the dam construction of fine-grained tailings meets the requirements of upstream tailings reservoir.In 2019,the technical reform of first stage magnetic separation tailings screening and grading extraction of manufactured sand,after normal operation can prodeuc more than 3 million yuan per year.Tailings extraction mechanism sand can not only change waste into treasure,but also increase economic benefits and prolong the service life of tailings reservoir,which has reference significance for similar mines.
