脑梗死患者应用益气通络汤治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的 研究脑梗死患者应用益气通络汤治疗的效果。方法 便利选取2020年5月—2021年5月该院收治的116例脑梗死患者,随机数表法将患者分为研究组(58例)、对照组(58例)。对照组采用脑细胞营养药、抗凝药、降脂降压药等西医常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用益气通络汤治疗。治疗8周,比较两组治疗效果。结果 (1)研究组总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(82.76%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.949,P<0.05);(2)研究组治疗后各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)治疗后研究组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA评分)(80.1±4.2)分高于对照组(73.2±4.4)分,且研究组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)(12.9±2.3)分、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)(7.1±1.2)μmol/L水平均低于对照组(15.7±2.9)分、(8.5±1.5)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.639、5.761、5.551,P<0.05);(4)研究组治疗后各项脑血流动力学指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气通络汤具有滋养脑髓、补气活血、祛瘀通络的功效,可改善脑梗死患者脑部微循环,保护神经功能,疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 116 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were conveniently selected.The patients were divided into the study group(58 cases) and the control group(58 cases) by random number table method.The control group received conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment such as brain cell nutrition drugs,anticoagulants,lipid-lowering and antihypertensive drugs.The study group was treated with Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The total effective rate(96.55%) of the study group was higher than that of the control group(82.76%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.949,P<0.05).2.The scores of various TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA score) in the study group(80.1±4.2)points was higher than that in the control group(73.2±4.4)points.And the national institutes of health neurological impairment score(NIHSS)(12.9±2.3) points and serum homocysteine(Hcy)(7.1±1.2) μmol/L level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(15.7±2.9) points,(8.5±1.5)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.639,5.761,5.551,P<0.05).4.The improvement of various cerebral hemodynamic indexes in the study group after treatment was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo Decoction has the functions of nourishing brain marrow,invigorating qi and activating blood,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.It can improve brain microcirculation and protect nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction,and has a significant curative effect.
