摘要
电厂中所用的化学水处理主要是针对锅炉用水进行处理,总体来说,化学水处理水平的高低和工艺技术的优劣对电厂所用的锅炉有着至关重要的作用,同时对生产的正常稳定运行起着关键性的影响,化学水技术在电厂中的应用对系统的安全也有着重大的意义。该文主要是通过对电厂化学水处理的工艺进行分析,从锅炉补给水处理、锅炉给水处理、锅炉炉水处理、凝结水处理、循环水处理和废水处理6个方面进行分述。从本质上来说,在电厂中的水处理中,主要是提高水质,锅炉给水的水质对于电厂运行的安全性和经济性具有着较大的影响,对于没有净化的水,水中杂质较多,此种水容易造成锅炉发生腐蚀和导致水垢现象,因此尽可能地减少非净化水的使用,只有经过化学净化处理过的合格水,才能够供给锅炉使用,这不仅保证了锅炉的使用寿命,同时也保证了电厂系统的稳定运行,提升了经济效益。
Chemical water treatment is mainly used in power plant for boiler water processing. Generally speaking,the level of chemical water treatment and the quality of technology play a vital role in the boiler used in power plants. At the same time, it plays a key role in the normal and stable operation of the production. The application of chemical water technology in the power plant is also of great significance to the safety of the system. This paper mainly analyzes the process of chemical water treatment in power plant from six aspects: boiler make-up water treatment, boiler feed water treatment, boiler water treatment, condensate treatment, circulating water treatment and wastewater treatment. In essence, the water treatment in the power plant is mainly to improve the water quality.The water quality of boiler feed water has a great impact on the safety and economy of power plant operation.There are many impurities in the water without purification, which is easy to cause boiler corrosion and scale.Therefore, the use of non purified water shall be reduced as much as possible. Only qualified water treated by chemical purification can be supplied to the boiler, this not only ensures the service life of the boiler, but also ensures the stable operation of the power plant system and improves the economic benefits.
