摘要
该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实践法等研究方法,对高职扩招建设工程管理专业人才培养现状、存在问题及对策进行了创新性研究。研究发现高职扩招建设工程管理专业人才培养基本上大体沿用高职建设工程管理专业人才培养方案,人才培养存在不能满足学生多样需求、针对性不强及教学模式相对单一、评价体系不够科学健全、双师教师技能不足的问题。针对客观存在的问题,提出了提高高职扩招建设工程管理专业人才培养质量的科学对策:差异化培养,多元化发展;课证书融合,落实1+X制;构建新模式,推进信息化;试行弹性制,推行学分管理;共同发力,提升双师素质;校企强合作,提升实践内涵。
Using the research methods of literature, expert interview and practice, this paper makes an innovative research on the current situation, existing problems and countermeasures of talent training of Construction Engineering Management specialty in higher vocational colleges. It is found that the talent training of Construction Engineering Management specialty in higher vocational colleges basically follows the talent training scheme of Construction Engineering Management specialty in higher vocational colleges. There are some problems in talent training that can not meet the diverse needs of students, the pertinence is not strong, the teaching mode is relatively single, the evaluation system is not scientific and sound, and the skills of double teachers are insufficient. In view of the objective problems, this paper puts forward the scientific countermeasures to improve the training quality of Construction Engineering Management specialty in higher vocational expansion: differentiated training and diversified development;integrate courses and certificates, and implement the 1+X system;build a new model and promote informatization;try out the flexible system and carry out credit management;work together to improve the quality of double teachers;strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and improve the practical connotation.
