多元共建高职院校实训室的“1+N+1”模式与实践——基于增强职业教育适应性的目标导向

摘要 依靠学校自身的力量进行实训室的建设与管理,虽然带来建设程序上的便捷,但是这不仅造成实训室建设档次不高、利用率低下,而且不利于增强职业教育的适应性。因此,基于增强职业教育适应性的目标导向将单一的高职院校实训室建设模式改变成多元共建的“1+N+1”模式是很有必要的。该文结合笔者自身岗位将多元共建实训室的“1+N+1”建设模式付诸实践,并在多年实践基础进行理论思考与总结,实践证明,这模式可以增强职业教育适应性,值得推广。 Relying on the strength of the school itself to carry out the construction and management of the training room, although it brings convenience in the construction procedure, it not only causes the construction grade of the training room is not high, the utilization rate is low, but also is not conducive to enhancing the adaptability of vocational education. Therefore, based on the goal orientation of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education, it is necessary to change the single training room construction mode of higher vocational colleges into the "1+N+1" mode of multi construction. Combined with the author’s own position, this paper puts the "1+N+1" construction mode of diversified co construction of training room into practice, and makes theoretical thinking and summary on the basis of many years of practice. Practice shows that this mode can enhance the adaptability of vocational education and is worth popularizing.
