陕西省某1+X证书试点学校对老年照护等级证书考试认同度的质性研究

Qualitative Study on the Recognition of a 1+X Certificate Pilot School for Senior Care Certificate Examination in Shaanxi Province

目的 调查陕西省某1+X证书试点学校对老年照护等级证书考试认同度,为试点院校开展推广1+X证书的培训考证提供建议。方法 采用质性研究方法对陕西省某1+X试点院校15名参加考证的学生和13名参与培训考证的人员进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果 陕西省某试点学校学生对1+X老年照护等级证书考试的认同度提炼为3个主题:1+X证书制度了解程度较低;培训考证工作的整体认同度高;试点学校考证培训效果满意度高。结论 在1+X证书制度试点推行的现状下,建议国家和试点学校加强1+X证书制度政策的解读和宣传,做好行业监管保障X证书的公信度;根据校情融合人才培养方案,同时从制度入手建立奖励机制、完善“学分银行”建设,提高师生考证培训的积极性。

Objective To investigate the recognition degree of a pilot school of 1+X certificate in Shaanxi Province on the grade certificate of elderly care, and to provide suggestions for the pilot school to carry out the promotion of 1+X certificate training and certification. Methods The qualitative research method was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 15 students and 13 personnel participating in the training and textual research in a 1+X pilot college in Shaanxi Province, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results The students’ recognition degree of 1+X Senior Care Grade Certificate examination in a pilot school in Shaanxi Province was refined into 3themes: 1+X certificate system was poorly understood, and the overall recognition degree of training and certification was high;the experimental school has a high degree of identification with the training effect. Conclusion Under the current situation of 1+X certificate system pilot implementation, it is suggested that the country and pilot schools should strengthen the interpretation and publicity of 1+X certificate system policy, and do a good job of industry supervision to ensure the credibility of x certificate;at the same time,starting from the system to establish a reward mechanism, improve the "credit bank" construction, improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students test training.
