基于正交试验探究不同因素对三叶木通扦插生根的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Factors on the Rooting of Akebia trifoliata Cuttings Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 为了探究影响三叶木通扦插生根的主要因素,研究采用正交试验设计,对基质类型(细河沙、营养土、营养土+细河沙)、生根粉浓度(2 000、500、1 000 mg/L)、生根粉处理时间(10、60、120 min)等进行比较分析。结果表明:三叶木通扦插首选基质应为营养土+细河沙,其中正交试验组合A;B;C;的生根率最高,为58.33%;方差分析和极差分析结果显示,生根粉处理时间是对各项生根指标影响最大的因素,处理时间越长,生根性状指标越好,其中生根粉处理时间120 min最佳;相关性分析表明,生根率与平均根系数量之间呈显著正相关,而与平均根系长度呈显著负相关,平均根系长度与平均根系直径呈显著负相关。 In order to explore the main factors affecting the cutting rooting of Akebia trifoliata,the orthogonal design was used in a comparison experiment of matrix types (fine river sand,nutrient soil,fine river sand+nutrient soil),and concentrations (500,1 000 and2 000 mg/L) and time (10,60 and 120 min) of root powder treatment.The results showed that fine river sand+nutrient soil was the preferred medium for the cuttings of A.trifoliata,furthermore the orthogonal test combination A;B;C;produced the highest rooting rate (58.33%).Variance and range analyses showed that the treatment time of root powder was the most influential factor on rooting indexes;the longer the treatment time,the better the rooting traits,and the best treatment time was 120 min.Correlation analysis showed that rooting rate was significantly positively correlated with average root number,but significantly negatively correlated with average root length;meanwhile,average root length was significantly negatively correlated with average root diameter.
