湖南烟区浓香型上部烟叶质量特征

Quality Characteristics of Strong Aroma Style Upper Tobacco Leaves in Hunan

为明确湖南主要烟区上部叶烟叶风格特色,对湖南5个主要烟区120个样品进行外观质量检测及感官评价。结果表明:湖南烟区上部烟叶特征基本为颜色橘黄,叶片结构疏松、油分多、色度浓、成熟度高、身份中等;烟叶总糖、还原糖、氯、淀粉含量适宜,总氮、钾含量偏低,烟碱偏高;烟叶浓香型特征显著,伴以甘草香、焦甜香、正甜香、木香、豆香、坚果香、焦香、辛香、果香为辅;烟气沉溢性较强、烟气浓度大、劲头大,燃烧性较好;香气质好,香气量、透发性高,带微量杂气,口感细腻柔和,圆润感高且余味舒适。湖南烟区上部烟叶浓香型特征显著。

In order to clarify the style characteristics of upper leaves from the main tobacco growing areas in Hunan,120 samples from five main tobacco growing areas in Hunan were tested for appearance quality and sensory evaluation.The results showed that the upper leaves from Hunan tobacco growing area were orange color,loose leaf structure,rich oil,strong chromaticity,high maturity and medium identity,in which the contents of total sugars,reducing sugar,chlorine and starch were appropriate,the contents of total nitrogen and potassium were low,and nicotine content was high.They had obvious strong aroma characteristics supplemented by liquorice aroma,burnt sweet aroma,positive sweet aroma,woody aroma,bean aroma,nutty aroma,burnt aroma,spicy aroma or fruit aroma,meanwhile,had good combustibility and strong sedimentary and overflow smoke.Their smoke was thick and impactful.With quantities of aroma in high quality and good volatility,their taste was very delicate and mellow,followed by a comfortable aftertaste except for a trace of miscellaneous gas.In a word,the upper tobacco leaves from Hunan tobacco growing area are of very obvious strong aroma style characteristics.
