今年以来,山东自贸区烟台片区聚焦“企业开办”“项目开工”“不动产登记”等世界银行对营商环境评价的三项核心指标,将“对标全国最好”和“推动首创改革”作为流程再造“一体两翼”,全面对标上海浦东等改革最前沿,从局部探索、破冰突围,到系统协调、全面深化,奏响审批改革系统集成“三部曲”。

Ever since the beginning of this year,Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone Yantai Area focuses on the operation of businesses,start of projects and registration of immovable property,three core indicators for the evaluation of the business environment by the World Bank and take benchmarking with the best in China and promoting creative reform as two wings for remaking procedures by comprehensively benchmarking the fronts of reform such as Pudong in Shanghai and initiating the trilogy of the systemic integration for the reform of examination and approval in partial exploration,ice breaking,systemic coordination and overall deepening.
