潍坊市公安局海岸警察支队下营派出所地处渤海湾畔,烟台莱州、青岛平度之交的潍坊昌邑市下营镇,陆地面积26平方公里,滩涂面积62平方公里,海岸线长21公里,河岸线长20公里。下营派出所连续多年被公安部边防局、省边防总队评为“基层建设标兵单位”、“基层建设先进单位”,被授予省市两级“青年文明号”,2020年被潍坊市公安局授予“集体三等功”。单位多次获评潍坊市反走私先进单位,所长李凯还获评2021年度农村农业部涉渔综合治理先进个人。

Xiaying Police Station has been awarded the titles of"pacesetter unit of grassroots construction" and "advanced unit of grass-roots construction"by the Border Defence Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China and Shandong Border Defence Department and the honor of "Youth Civilization" at both provincial and municipal levels consecutively for many years.In 2017,it was rated as a law enforcement demonstration unit by the Border Defense Forces of Shandong Public Security Department and was commended as an provincial advanced unit of barrack cultural construction of active armed forces by the Department of Public Security of Shandong Province.In 2020,it was honored with the "collective third-class merit citation” by Weifang Public Security Bureau.It has also been rated as an advanced anti-smuggling unit in Weifang for many times.In 2021,its director Li Kai was also awarded the title of the advanced individual in the comprehensive fishery governance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
