潍坊是人口大市,也是老年人口大市。据了解,截至2021年底,潍坊全市60岁以上老年人204.3万,占总人口的21.77%,高于全国平均水平3.07个百分点、全省0.87个百分点,已进入中度老龄化社会。为了给200万老年人一个幸福的晚年,近年来,潍坊市委、市政府牢固树立“以人民为中心”的发展思想,高层推动、高屋建瓴大力促进养老事业和养老产业协同发展,积极应对人口老龄化,成果显著。目前,潍坊市已建有各类养老服务机构1084家,养老床位5.5万张;全市城乡社区居家养老服务设施覆盖率达到100%和69.2%,位居全省前列;潍坊市被确定为全国首批养老服务业综合改革试点市和第三批全国居家和社区养老服务改革试点市,创建为全国医养结合示范省先行区,较好满足了老年人的多层次、多样化服务需求。为了200万老年人有一个幸福的晚年,潍坊市民政局积极作为,从宏观到微观都做到了站在高处,落在实处,充分展现了潍坊市委、市政府“以人民为中心”发展思想的光辉。
As a city with a large population,Weifang also has a great many aged people.It is learned that by the end of 2021,the population of elderly people above the age of 60 in Weifang has reached 2.043 million,accounting for 21.77% of the total population,wh ich is 3.07 percentage points higher than the national average and 0.87 percentage points higher than the provincial average,indicating that Weifang has entered a moderately aging society.In order to give a happy life to more than two million elderly people in their old age,Weifang Municipal Party Committee and Weifang People’s Government vigorously promote the coordinated development of the undertakings and industry of elderly care and actively respond to the aging of its population by firmly establishing the “people-centered” development concept.Significant achievements have been made.At present,Weifang has built 1,084 elderly care service institutions of various types with a total of 55,000 beds.The coverage rate of home-based elderly care service facilities in urban and rural commun ties has reached 100% and 69.2% respectively,ranking top in Shandong province.Approved as a city among the first batch of pilot cities for comprehensive reform of the elderly care service industry and the third batch of pilot cities for the reform of home-and community-based elderly care services,Weifang has established itself as a pilot area for the national demonstration of medical and elderly care integration in Shandong province,which can better meet the diversified multi-level services of the elderly people.
