摘要
本文主要根据语义语法理论精确定位并验证副词“毕竟”句的话语关联“势转溯因”及其语法意义“据实释转”。对“毕竟”句的“势转溯因”话语关联进行总结归纳与形式验证,并按照句子功能、句法位置和句法地位的逻辑顺序逐层精确定位“毕竟”的句法分布。根据话语关联与句法分布,从话语基调、话语方式、话语内容三个角度提取并正反验证“毕竟”的语法意义“据实释转”。话语关联、句法分布与副词语义息息相关,是呈现、提取、验证副词语法意义的自然形式,而副词的语法意义则是解析、概括、决定话语关联的语义支点。
The paper discusses the meaning and grammatical function ofbijing(毕竟)and elaborates on three aspects which have not been sufficiently explained in previous studies:formal evidences of the syntactic function ofbijingin transitional sentences;the sentential function,syntactic position and syntactic significance ofbijing;and the grammatical function ofbijingbased on the tenor,manner and content of the discourse.It is indicated thatbijingintroduces the cause in transitional or causal compound sentences by expressing a sense of adversative relation.This suggests that clause relevance and syntactic distribution can offer formal evidence for the interpretation of adverbs,and the grammatical function of adverbs is a key to the analysis of clause relevance as well.
