化学类本科拔尖创新型人才培养体系的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步强化本科教育的中心地位,突出本科人才“排头兵”的引领示范作用,推动本科人才培养质量不断提升,黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院在前期化学专业拔尖学生培养试验计划成功实施的基础上,双轨协同推进学院本科拔尖创新型人才培养体系的构建和培养模式的探索,秉承“小规模、高规格、拔尖教育”的培养理念,构建化学专业“厚基础、精专业、重创新”和其他专业“一体化、创新型、个性化”的拔尖创新型人才培养模式,特别注重学生的创新意识、实践能力和科研素质的培养,不断提高学生的培养质量和竞争实力。经过几年的探索与实践,取得初步成效,学生的各类科研成果不断涌现,学生的培养质量和声誉得到认可,为同类兄弟院校的本科拔尖创新型人才培养提供可以借鉴的思路。 In order to further strengthen the central position of undergraduate education,highlight the leading role of undergraduate talents and promote the continuous improvement of undergraduate talent training quality,School of Chemistry and Materials,Heilongjiang University,promotes the construction of the overall undergraduate top innovative talent training system and the exploration of training mode in the dual-track collaboration way,which bases on the successful implementation of the pilot program for training top students in chemistry major.This program carries out according to the training concept of“small-scale,high-standard,top education”,and tries to build a kind of training mode of top innovative talents of“solid foundation,professional expertise,and innovation”in chemistry major and“integration,innovation,and individuation”in other majors.We pay special attention to the cultivation of students’innovative consciousness,practical ability and scientific research quality,and we also continuously intend to improve the training quality and competitive strength of students.Preliminary results have been achieved after several years of exploration and practice that various scientific research results of students have been continuously obtained,and the quality and reputation of students have been recognized by other colleges and universities.These results can also provide a reference for the training of top innovative talents in undergraduate education in China.
