“海洋数值模式及应用”的教学改革研究

Research on Teaching Reform of Ocean Numerical Model and Its Application

作为海洋科学专业的核心课程之一,“海洋数值模式及应用”课程开设的目的是让学生掌握设计和使用海洋数值模式的技能,课程既注重理论知识的教授,又注重应用能力的培养,旨在为“海洋强国”策略提供综合型的海洋人才。基于实际的教学经历,指出了在授课过程中发现的主要问题,并针对所指出的问题制定了相应的教学改革方案,在完善课程体系的同时,增加了课程的趣味性,从而有效地调动了学生的学习积极性,激发了学生的学习热情,提高了学生的学习效率,更好地完成课程的教学目标,为综合型海洋人才的培养提供了一些的建议。

As the one of the core courses of the marine science major,Ocean Numerical Model and Its Application is set forth to teach the students how to design and apply the ocean numerical model.The teaching of this course focuses on both theory and application of the ocean numerical model to aim at providing comprehensive talents for China’s maritime power and strategy.Based on the real teaching experience,problems in teaching of this course are pointed out,and the corresponding plans of teaching reform are made and applied in the process of teaching.These teaching reforms consummate the contents of the course and make this course more interesting,which motivates the students’enthusiasm and increases their effective study.The exploration and application of teaching reforms contribute to achieving the goal of this course and some proposals for training comprehensive talents of oceanography are put forward.
