摘要 生物类实验课是生物科学、生物技术及生物工程等本专科生专业基础课与重要的核心实践课,为了响应当前促进生物类课程的实验课教学内容创新改革与教学方法的创新,结合全国大学生生命科学竞赛在高校生物学科中的关注度与生物类课程实验课程教学在大学的实践情况,分别从竞赛模式与现状、竞赛对学生自主学习生物类实验课的兴趣、竞赛与实验教学模式改革、竞赛对生物类实验课课程改革的促进和对师资队伍建设作用以及全国生命科学竞赛对生物类实验课中的教学效果评价方面加以论述,全面解析全国生命科学大赛对微生物实验课程教学的重要成效及关键促进作用。 The course of Biological Experiment is an important basic course and core practical course for junior college students,such as biological science,biotechnology and bioengineering.In response to the current promotion of the innovation and reform of experimental course teaching content and teaching methods of biological courses,This paper focuses on the attention of national college students’life science competition in college biology and the practice of experimental teaching of biological courses in colleges and universities,respectively from the competition mode and current situation,the interest of competition in students’autonomous learning of biological experimental courses,the reform of competition and experimental teaching mode.Besides,this paper discusses the role of the competition in promoting the curriculum reform of biological experimental courses and the construction of teaching staff,as well as the evaluation of the teaching effect of the national life science competition in biological experimental courses,and comprehensively analyzes the important effect and key promoting role of the national life science competition in the teaching of microbial experimental courses.
