基于触媒效应的街区微更新策略研究

Research on Block Micro-renewal Strategy Based on Catalyst Effect

随着城市化发展进程走向中后期,城市更新已经走入微循环时代。通过分析街区在城市微更新中所承载的功能,梳理其目前存在的三方面问题,创造性提出将城市触媒理论引入到街区环境微更新的观点,并对触媒理论及其特征、运行机制进行了研究,指出其与城市微更新融合的可行性。从以在地文脉、情境场景、市井生活和科技互动等几方面非物质形态为触媒,通过街区相应物理环境载体的介入,构建微更新活化策略。最后通过具体案例分析,得出多种触媒介入后对街区活力提升的不同催化作用。肯定了触媒激发效应对提高居民关注街区环境,增进邻里交流,构建场所精神及带动社会关系发展的积极作用。

With the development of urbanization moving towards the middle and late stage,urban renewal has entered the era of micro-circulation.By analyzing the empowerment of blocks in urban micro renewal,this paper sorts out the existing problems in three aspects,creatively puts forward the viewpoint of introducing urban catalyst theory into the micro renewal of block environment.The characteristics and operation mechanism of catalyst theory are studied,thus pointing out the feasibility of its integration with urban micro renewal.Then taking the non-material aspects of local context,situational scenes,urban life and scientific and technological interaction as the catalyst,the micro renewal activation strategy is constructed through the intervention of the corresponding physical environment carrier of block.Finally,through the specific case analysis,this paper concludes that the different catalytic effects of a variety of catalysts on the improvement of block vitality.It affirms the positive role of the catalyst excitation effect in improving residents’attention to the block environment,enhancing neighborhood exchanges,building the spirit of place and driving the development of social relations.
