职业经理的出现是西方“经理革命”的产物。在西方 ,职业经理阶层已经形成 ,而在我国 ,职业经理正处于培养过程之中。如今 ,职业经理市场化已经成为职业经理人建设的唯一可靠途径。要真正实现职业经理的市场化 ,最基本的前提就是要能确定职业经理的价值。从职业经理人的价值构成出发 ,构建了职业经理人价值评价的指标体系 。

The emergence of professional manager is result of the western manager revolution. In the west, professional manager stratum has already formed, but it is still placed in the process of training in our country. Actually, marketing of professional manager has become the exclusive credible approach to the professional manager construction. But an essential precondition is to ensure the value of profession manager. On the basis of the analysis of value constitutes of the professional manager; the paper designed the index sign system of value evaluation of the professional manager and put forward operational method of value evaluation.
