摘要 针对李楼煤矿复杂水文地质条件及井下正常排水系统现状,为增加矿井抵御水患灾害的能力,提出在井底车场新布置矿井抗灾排水系统。通过理论计算及方案对比,抗灾排水系统采用了“斜巷连接+卧式安装+底板布置”方式,确定了水泵及排水管选型,绘制了水泵特性曲线。结果表明,李楼煤矿抗灾排水系统布置合理,工程实施后设备运行良好,实际使用效果达到了设计要求,矿井抵御突发水灾灾害能力得到了大大提升,对煤矿抗灾排水泵房设计与应用有良好的借鉴作用。 Aiming at the complex hydrogeological conditions and the current situation of the underground normal drainage system of Lilou Coal Mine, in order to increase the mine’s ability to resist flood disasters, a new mine disaster-resistant drainage system in the underground depot is designed. Through theoretical calculations and program comparison, the inclined lane connection+horizontal installation+floor layout system arrangement is adopted, the types of water pump and drain pipe are selected, and the pump characteristic curve is drawn. The disaster-resistant drainage system of Lilou Coal Mine is reasonably arranged, the equipment runs well after the project is implemented, the application effect meets the design requirements, and the mine’s ability to resist sudden flood disasters has been greatly improved.
