补阳还五汤防治缺血性脑卒中作用机制的研究现状

Research status of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke

缺血性脑卒中(IS)主要是引起脑血管的阻塞导致脑血流循环障碍、脑组织缺血缺氧,最终引发身体残疾和功能性损伤。长期以来,临床治疗因其严格的时间窗口期和溶血后可能带来的并发症导致其在临床应用中有很大的局限性。中医药在防治IS具有多点增效、协同增效、减毒等特点。补阳还五汤作为防治IS的代表方之一,在防治IS发生、发展等不同阶段有着良好的临床疗效及预后。本文主要从血管和神经保护两方面,针对补阳还五汤防治IS作用机制及研究进展进行综述。

Ischemic stroke(IS) mainly causes cerebral vascular occlusion, which leads to cerebral blood circulation disturbance, cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, and finally leads to physical disability and functional damage. For a long time, clinical treatment has great limitations in clinical application because of its strict time window and possible complications after hemolysis. Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-point synergism, synergism and toxicity reduction in the prevention and treatment of IS. Buyang Huanwu decoction, as one of the representative prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of IS, has good clinical efficacy and prognosis in different stages of prevention and treatment of IS. This article mainly reviews the mechanism and research progress of Buyang Huanwu decoction in preventing and treating IS from two aspects of vascular and neuroprotection.
