基于授权理论的综合护理在慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用

Effect of comprehensive nursing based on empowerment theory in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure

目的探讨基于授权理论的综合护理在慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年4月—2021年4月聊城市人民医院收治的87例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(43例)与对照组(44例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于授权理论的综合护理。干预前及干预后8周评估两组患者的心力衰竭知识掌握情况及心肺功能。结果观察组患者心肺功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理前、后8周Atlanta心力衰竭知识问卷(第2版)总分及各维度得分差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于授权理论的综合护理可以提高慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者心力衰竭相关知识和心肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on empowerment theory in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods From April 2018 to April 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 87 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart failure in Liaocheng People's Hospital as the research object.The patients were divided into the observation group(43 cases)and the control group(44 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on empowerment theory.Before the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention,the knowledge of heart failure and cardiopulmonary function of the two groups were evaluated.Results The improvement of cardiopulmonary function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing and 8 weeks after nursing,the total score and of each dimension scores of the Atlanta Heart Failure Knowledge Test-V2(AHFKT-V2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing based on empowerment theory can improve heart failure knowledge and cardiopulmonary function in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.
