房地产业应对加入WTO措施及交易网络化

摘要 房地产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一 ,占每年固定资产投资的 1/ 7;我国又处于经济发展和城市化的加速期 ,对房地产的总需求量每年都在增加。中国加入 WTO后对房地产业必将产生深远的影响。文章分析了我国房地产业的现状 ,介绍一种房地产投资方案评价方法和房地产交易的网络化架构以及中国加入 WTO后对房地产业的影响 ,并在此基础上提出了房地产企业应对的具体措施 :即加快市场机制的建立、实施并购重组、推进技术进步。 Real estate industry is one of the major industries in our national economy, which accounts for 1/7 of the annual fixed assets investment .Now, our country is in the acceleration process of economy and city development. The requirement of real estate in creases annually. China's join up WTO has a profound influence on the real estate industry. The present situation of real estate industry of our country, a method of investment evaluations of real estate industry, a network architecture of transaction of real estate industry and the influence on the real estate industry after China's join WTO are given in this paper. The particular measure of real estate industry are given: fast establishing of marker mechanism, adopting the amalgamation, improving the technique and realizing quality strategy.
