整合医学体系下经典名方疗效评价模式的探讨

经典名方是中医方剂学的精华,具有较高的临床应用价值,是中医药理论的完善与创新的载体。中医经典名方有丰富的文献资料和人用经验历史,但在现阶段的临床应用仍存在证据不足等问题,在一定程度上限制了其传承与发展。文章简述在整合医学体系下,形成“三步式”的经典名方评价模式,首先通过对经典名方的文献资料的研究,梳理理论渊源,然后实现人用经验向人用经验数据的过渡;接着开发符合经典名方特色临床疗效评价方法,最终形成“文献研究-人用经验-临床试验”的经典名方疗效评价模式,以充分发挥中医药优势,推动中医药事业和产业高质量国际化发展。

Classical prescriptions are the essence of TCM prescriptions, have high clinical application value, and are the carriers of perfection and innovation of TCM theories. The classic TCM prescriptions have a wealth of literature and history of human experience, but there are still problems such as insufficient evidence in clinical applications at this stage, which limits their inheritance and development to a certain extent. This article briefly describes the formation of a "three-step" classic name prescription evaluation model under the integrated medical system. First, through the study of the classic name prescription literature, sort out the theoretical origins, and then realize the transition from human experience to human experience data;Next, develop a clinical efficacy evaluation method that meets the characteristics of classic famous prescriptions, and finally form a classic famous prescription efficacy evaluation model of "document research-human experience-clinical trials", so as to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the high-quality international development of Chinese medicine and the industry.
