基于肠道菌群探讨中医辨证论治的生物学基础

辨证论治是中医诊治疾病的精髓,在临床运用广泛并行之有效,但其具体作用靶点及机制尚不够明朗。研究表明肠道菌群与多种疾病的发生、发展关系密切,不同疾病、证型间肠道菌群存在差异,中医药可通过作用于相关肠道菌群而起到治疗不同病证的作用。中医辨证论治的生物学基础可能与证型间肠道菌群差异及中药对肠道菌群的调节有关。因此,深入研究临床病证肠道菌群的特征与差异、中医药对肠道菌群的影响对探讨中医辨证论治的生物学基础意义重大。

Treatment according to symptoms is the essence of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It is widely and effectively used in clinical practice, but its specific targets and mechanisms are not yet clear. Studies have shown that the intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases. There are differences in the intestinal flora between different diseases and syndromes. Traditional Chinese medicine can treat different diseases and syndromes by acting on the relevant intestinal flora. The biological basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment may be related to the difference of intestinal flora between syndrome types and the regulation of intestinal flora by traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, an in-depth study of the characteristics and differences of the intestinal flora of clinical diseases and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on the intestinal flora appears to be of great significance for exploring the biological basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
