摘要
通过实验室实验、小型工业试验以及工业试验,研究了专用液体助磨剂技术在伯力鸠斯(Polysius)公司胎型辊矿渣立磨生产过程的适配性及经济效益,结果表明:GS矿渣微粉专用助磨剂b型适配性较好,最佳掺量为0.02%,可提高磨机台时产量7%以上,矿渣粉的7 d活性指数可以提高5%,28 d活性指数提高3%以上。
Through laboratory experiments,small industrial experiments and industrial experiments,the adaptability and economic benefits of the special liquid grinding aid technology in the production process of the tire roll slag vertical mill of Polysius Company were studied.The results show that:GS GGBS Type b of special grinding aid has good adaptability,The optimum dosage is 0.02%,which can increase the hourly output of the mill by more than 7%.The 7-day activity index of GGBS can increase by 5%,and the 28-day activity index can increase more than 3%.
