凝灰岩石粉复合掺合料对混凝土性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于凝灰岩机制砂生产过程中会产生大量的石粉,若这些石粉得不到合理应用,将会对环境产生污染且会造成资源浪费。该文将凝灰岩石粉、石灰石粉、粉煤灰按照一定比例采用单掺和复掺的形式制备矿物掺合料混凝土,研究不同胶凝体系对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和干燥收缩性能的影响。研究表明:在机制砂混凝土中掺入30%的矿物掺合料能改善混凝土的工作性,凝灰岩石粉替代部分粉煤灰制备的复合掺合料有利于混凝土后期强度的提升,抑制混凝土干燥收缩。 A large amount of stone powder will be produced during the production of machine-made tuff powder.If the stone powder is not reasonably applied,it will pollute the environment and waste resources.We prepare mineral admixture concrete by single and compound mixing of tuff powder,limestone powder and fly ash in a certain proportion,and study the effects of different cementitious systems on the working properties,mechanical properties and drying shrinkage property of concrete.The research shows that the workability of concrete can be improved by adding 30%mineral admixtures into the manufactured-sand concrete,and when the compound admixture prepared with fly ash is replaced by tuff powder,it is conducive to improve concrete strength in the later stage and inhibite the drying shrinkage of concrete.
