摘要
为满足越来越快的玻璃加工要求,产线布局设计需同时采用多条支线供给主线的方式。这样一来,原有的上片玻璃机器人系统,如果依然采用简单的双工位分开放置设计将导致占地面积过于庞大,并且会增加不必要的中间连接设备。该文中的设计结合实际情况,通过旋转180°切换两面玻璃架,可实现玻璃架相邻放置,且结构简单,成本低廉,操作方便,节省空间,在玻璃生产线中配合机器人码垛系统实现了广泛应用。
In order to meet the requirement of increasingly fast glass processing,it is needed to use multiple branch lines to supply the main line at the same time in terms of layout design of the production line.In this way,if the original robot system for glass loading still adopts the simple design of double station separately placed,it will lead to an excessively large floor space and the need of adding unnecessary intermediate connection equipment.Combined with the actual situation,the design in this paper can realize the adjacent placement of glass frames by rotating 180°and switching two glass frames.With the advantage of simple structure,low cost,convenient operation and space saving,this has been widely used in the glass production line supporting with the robot stacking system.
