The Policy Framework,Problems and Path Optimization of Labor Analgesia

普及分娩镇痛技术,是提高产妇分娩满意度、保障母婴安全的重要手段。当前国家分娩镇痛试点工作仍存在医护人员结构有待优化、技术收费标准尚不明确、对孕产妇及家属的宣教力度不足、试点医院之间工作进度不统一等问题,这主要受医院管理、经费投入、技术风险以及资源配置等因素的影响。为了提高椎管内分娩镇痛率,建议当局应当优化分娩镇痛人才结构、提高孕产妇满意度、营造良好的试点环境。

The popularization of labor analgesia technology is an essential approach to improve labor analgesia’s satisfaction and ensure mothers’ and infants’ safety. At present,some problems still exist, such as the structure of medical staff to be optimized in China,the technical charge standard is not clear,the education of pregnant women and their families is not enough, and the work progress among the pilot hospitals is not unified,which is affected by hospital management,financial input,technical risk,and the allocation of resources. To improve the analgesia rate in the spinal canal,the authorities are suggested to optimize the structure of labor analgesia personnel,improve the satisfaction of pregnant women and create a good pilot environment.
