摘要
钨酸铋作为Aurivillius型结构中最简单的化合物之一,具有较好的物理及化学性能,在可见光范围内有良好的光吸收能力,是一种新型可见光催化剂。以硝酸铋为铋源、钨酸钠为钨源、乙二醇为溶剂,使用水热法制备了旋钮状钨酸铋,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征了钨酸铋半导体的形貌、表面化学组成和晶体结构,探究了实验参数对钨酸铋形貌的影响,并据此提出了可能的生长机制。
Bi_(2)WO_(6)is one of the simplest members of the layered Aurivillius-related oxide family.It has good physical and chemical properties.Bi_(2)WO_(6)possesses promising photo-absorption properties in visible range.It′s a new visible light catalyst.In this paper,knob Bi_(2)WO_(6)micro nano materials were prepared by hydrothermal method with Bi(NO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O as bismuth source,Na_(2)WO_(4)·2H_(2)O as tungsten source and ethylene glycol as solvent.The morphology,surface chemical composition and crystal structure of Bi_(2)WO_(6)were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD,etc.According to the influence of experimental parameters on the morphology of Bi_(2)WO_(6),the possible formation mechanism of knob-like Bi_(2)WO_(6)micro nano materials was discussed.
