苍术繁殖技术研究进展

Advances on propagation technology of Atractylodes lancea

苍术是菊科苍术属多年生草本植物,常以干燥的根茎入药,是一种重要的中药材。由于过度采挖和市场需求不断攀升,致使产量不能满足市场需求。因此,亟待开展苍术人工栽培和繁殖技术的研究,从而缓解苍术市场供需紧张的问题。本文详细介绍了苍术种子繁殖技术的研究进展,指出了苍术种子繁殖过程中各阶段的最优条件,并进一步归纳总结了苍术无性繁殖过程各个阶段的常用方法和培养基配方等。以期通过综述苍术种子繁殖和无性快繁技术研究进展,为苍术的人工栽培和繁殖提供理论指导和技术支撑。

Atractylodes lancea is a perennial herb belonging to the genus Atractylodes in the Compositae family.Importantly, its dried rhizome is a kind of famous traditional Chinese medicine with broad pharmacological activities.Due to excessive digging and increasing market demand for Atractylodes lancea, the yield of Atractylodes lancea cannot meet the market demand. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the research on artificial cultivation and vegetative propagation technology of Atractylodes lancea to increase the yield of Atractylodes lancea. In this paper, the research progress of the propagation technology of Atractylodes lancea seeds was introduced in detail, and the optimal conditions of the propagation process of Atractylodes lancea seeds were pointed out. Furthermore, summarization was made on the common methods and medium formulae at each stage of vegetative propagation. Here, we reviewed the advances on the technology of seed propagation and vegetative propagation for Atractylodes lancea and look forward to provide strongly supporting for the practice of artificial cultivation and breeding of Atractylodes lancea.
