PIGF、25-羟基维生素D及sFlt-1的表达水平与子痫前期的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究促血管生成因子(PIGF)、25-羟基维生素D及可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)的表达水平与子痫前期的相关性。方法回顾性选取2017年2月至2019年6月在石家庄市第四医院接受诊治的子痫前期孕妇70例,其中孕早期41例,孕晚期29例;子痫前期轻度43例,重度27例。另选取同期健康孕妇体检者70名作为实验正常对照组。PIGF、25-羟基维生素D及sFlt-1水平采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测。采用Pearson分析PIGF、25-羟基维生素D及sFlt-1之间的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,子痫前期组孕妇PIGF、25-羟基维生素D水平均降低,sFlt-1水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与孕早期孕妇相比,孕晚期孕妇PIGF、25-羟基维生素D水平降低,sFlt-1水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与轻度子痫前期产妇相比,重度子痫前期产妇PIGF、25-羟基维生素D水平降低,sFlt-1水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PIGF与25-羟基维生素D之间呈正相关(r=0.354,P=0.003);PIGF与sFlt-1之间呈负相关(r=-0.559,P=0.001);25-羟基维生素D与sFlt-1之间呈负相关(r=-0.522,P=0.001)。结论PIGF、25-羟基维生素D在子痫前期孕妇中低表达,sFlt-1在子痫前期孕妇中呈高表达状态,其表达水平与孕早、晚期及不同病程程度相关。PIGF、25-羟基维生素D之间呈正相关,PIGF、25-羟基维生素D与sFlt-1直接呈负相关,在子痫前期中起重要的参与作用。 Objective To investigated the correlation between the expression levels of pro-angiogenic factor(PIGF),25-hydroxyvitamin D,and soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFlt-1)and preeclampsia.Methods Seventy pregnant women with preeclampsia who were treated in Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang City from February 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively selected,among them,41 cases were in the first trimester and 29 cases in the third trimester;43 cases were mild preeclampsia and 27 cases were severe.Another 70 healthy pregnant women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the experimental normal control group.The levels of PIGF,25-hydroxyvitamin D and sFlt-1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between PIGF,25-hydroxyvitamin D and sFlt-1.Results Compared with the normal control group,pregnant women in the preeclampsia group had lower levels of PIGF and 25-hydroxyvitamin D,and increased levels of sFlt-1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with pregnant women in the first trimester,PIGF and 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in pregnant women in the third trimester decreased,and sFlt-1 levels increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with women with mild pre-eclampsia,the levels of PIGF and 25-hydroxyvitamin D decreased and the levels of sFlt-1 increased in women with severe pre-eclampsia,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between PIGF and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(r=0.354,P=0.003);there was a negative correlation between PIGF and sFlt-1(r=-0.559,P=0.001);there was a negative correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and sFlt-1(r=-0.522,P=0.001).Conclusion PIGF and 25-hydroxyvitamin D are low-expressed in pre-eclampsia pregnant women,sFlt-1 is highly expressed in pre-eclampsia pregnant women,and its levels are related to early,late and different degrees of disease.There is a positive correlation between PIGF,25-hydroxyvitamin D,PIGF,25-hydroxyvitamin D and sFlt-1 are directly negatively correlated,Play an important part in participation.
