As the continuous development and progress of the main combat aircraft,the training needs of pilots are constantly changing,which bring the new requirements to the advanced trainer.In order to better adapt to the development of the main combat aircraft and meet the needs of combat training,the mission planning system in practical training is an indispensable part.Since the mission planning technology is the product of the development of modern information technology,and the basis of“improving capabilities in precision sensing,precision command,precision striking,precision assessment,and precision support under the implementation of joint operation”.The design and application of mission planning system for advanced trainer are mainly introduced,including composition,function,planning process and application effects.Finally,the future development trend of mission planning system for advanced trainer is prospected.
