摘要
在役考核需要依托部队实际工作实施,但是依靠指标体系确定的装甲装备在役考核科目无法与部队实际工作完美契合,通过分析考核科目与部队具体工作的差异性,提出基于差异度的科目设计方法,建立考核科目与部队具体工作的差异矩阵,利用差异度等级筛选能够与考核科目结合的部队具体工作,并完善装甲装备在役考核科目清单,为在役考核科目设计提供了思路。
The in-service assessment needs to be implemented based on the actual work of the army,but the in-service assessment subjects for armored equipment determined by the index system cannot perfectly match the actual work of the army.By analyzing the differences between the assessment subjects and the specific tasks of the army,the subject design method based on the degree of difference is proposed,and the difference matrix between the assessment subjects and the specific tasks of the army is established.The difference degree level is used to filter the specific tasks of the army that can be combined with the assessment subjects,and the list of in-service assessment subjects for armored equipment is made perfect,ideas for the design of in-service assessment subjects are provided.
