P物质在心脏纤维化中的作用机制研究

摘要 P物质是神经递质速激肽家族成员之一,参与全身多种病理生理学过程,包括痛觉传递、炎症、免疫调节等。心脏表面存在P物质免疫反应阳性的神经纤维分布,尤其在心内神经节、心外膜和冠状动脉周围分布密集。作为一种感觉神经末梢释放的神经肽,P物质会对心脏微环境的改变最先做出反应,同时其在心脏纤维化进程中也发挥重要作用。因此,深入探究P物质在心脏纤维化过程中的相关信号通路、寻找相关治疗靶点,对改善患者预后具有重要意义。 Substance P is a member of the neurotransmitter tachykinin family,and is involved in a variety of pathophysiological processes throughout the body,including pain transmission,inflammation and immune regulation.There is dense distribution of substance P immunoreactive nerve fibers on the surface of the heart,especially in the endocardial ganglia,epicardium and around the coronary arteries.Substance P as a neuropeptide released from sensory nerve endings,can respond first to changes in the cardiac microenvironment,and also plays an important role in the process of cardiac fibrosis.Therefore,in-depth study of related signaling pathways of substance P in the process of myocardial fibrosis and finding therapeutic targets are of great significance for improving the prognosis of the patients.
