摘要 随着医疗技术和人们生活水平的提高,人均寿命逐渐延长,但达到一定年龄后人体各个系统均会出现不可逆的生理功能退化,表现为各种年龄相关性疾病,因此寿命延长所带来的益处可能会被年龄相关性疾病所抵消。关于衰老发生机制的研究层出不穷,如何平衡延长寿命与预防年龄相关性疾病之间的关系,是研究者最为关注的领域,对人类健康具有十分重要的意义。生物体内存在多种衰老调控机制,其中哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白是细胞代谢的关键调控因子,是控制细胞生长的核心靶点,一直以来是研究衰老领域的明星分子,关于其在衰老过程中的作用机制,也正被越来越多的研究。 With the improvement of medical technology and people′s living standards,the average life expectancy continues to increase.However,as the age increases,the body′s various systems will experience irreversible degradation of physiological functions,manifested in various age-related diseases,so the benefits of life extension may be offset by age-related diseases.In recent years,there have been numerous studies on the mechanism of aging.How to balance the relationship between prolonging life and preventing age-related diseases is the most concerned field for the researchers,which is of great significance to human health.There are a variety of aging regulatory mechanisms in organisms,among which,the mammalian target of rapamycin is a key regulator of cell metabolism and a core target for controlling cell growth.It has always been a star molecule in the field of aging,and its mechanism of action in the aging process is also being more and more studied.
